As I guide you to connect with sacred heart energy, your breath and your body down a path of self-discovery, you are able to tap into subconscious patterns, limited beliefs, and old programs that deeply impact your relationship to self, others and the world around you. Together we will work to heal the nervous system, integrate stored trauma, cultivate self-empowerment, self-trust, and shift your state of being to create new possibilities.

When we are able to connect with heart and do inner work together with our partner, it allows for a deeper connection, an opening to receive each other in a more compassionate way, and cultivates more sacredness within the partnership.

It is so beautiful to heal with friends and family. As everyone works on their individual healing, the energetic container helps everyone to feel supported, and witnessed, while allowing for a deeper and more authentic connection with loved ones.

As everyone effortlessly and naturally contributes to the energetic container, together we will build capacity to heal the nervous system and the body.
